Frequently asked Questions

Most items are in stock and dispatched in 1 to 2 working days. Some items are available for next day delivery when you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout. Made to order pieces or items with engraving or stone setting will take a little longer. For further information please see our Delivery Information page.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. It includes your tracking number and a direct link to track the parcel. If you no longer have the email, you can view the tracking details anytime by logging in to My Account.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. This period is longer in the run up to Christmas. For full details, including any exceptions, see our Returns and Exchanges page.

You can change your shipping address by logging in to My Account and updating your details before placing an order. If you need to change the address on an order that has already been placed, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

We have a range of help pages across the website that may answer your question straightaway. If you still need support, you can email us using the contact form on this page. We reply to most enquiries within 1 working day.

If you entered incorrect details when placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can update information such as the shipping address or ring size before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been posted, we cannot change the details, but we can advise on the next steps.

We ship to most countries. We are not currently shipping to EU countries or the USA. We do ship to Northern Ireland, but only for retail customers, not business or trade orders. For more detail on these restrictions, see our Shipping Restrictions page.

Most orders are sent in a single package. If an item is made to order or ships at a different time, part of your order may arrive separately. If this happens, we will let you know at dispatch.

Engraved rings are non returnable, so they cannot be exchanged if the size is incorrect. If you are unsure about the design, metal, or size, you can order the ring without engraving first. Once you are fully happy with it, you can return it to us to have the engraving added.

Contact us straight away. We can only amend engraving details if we receive your request before the engraving has started. For more information, see point 6 on our Engraving Policy page.
